Hey,

Glenn en Henk

I ‘m Henk and live with Kristien at Paal-Beringen (Belgium).

A big part of my live is dedicated of dogs, in my yought, we had at home several straydogs.

Once adult, i bought my First breed dog,“Fjor”, an Alaskan Malamute. When we were married, Kristiens dog came at home to us, it was “Charlotte” a Malinois shepherd.

Meanwhile, we took together the decision to buy “Mars” a Bouvier des Flandres.

In the later years, there are following 2 cats, and our familie was complete by our

2 horses, Quick and Cupido. (Dressage is the passion of my wife).

A couple of years later died two of our three dogs. Then came “Diva”, a longhair white

Shepherd in our live, she was a lovely dog. Years later when Mars died, came “Duc”,

Our secound Bouvier.

Meanwhile, i was trust with the dogsport, since 1999, (IPO and obedience).

Therefore, i took the decision only to work with shepherds. These dogs are easy to

Handle and are very intelligent.

Suddenly, i find a new breed in in books, that i did not knew, it was a pumi.

It is a small shepherd and seems funny.

Because Diva to fast passed away, than was it easier to take the decision to look for a pumi.

It was not an easy way to find this breed. After a few days searching, i found the

Lovasbaratkennel in Germany. But there weren o pups.

A couple months later in october 2007 we have go tour First pumi pup, lovasbarat Glenn.

A new World opens for me, with this “special” dog.

Through a friend who's showhandler with his Bouvier, i come in contact with this for me

A totaly new dicipline.

Since januari 2008, i joined to the Haspengauwse Kynologen Vereniging, a club who's

Concentrated for handling dogs.

From may 2008 till now, i have handled several shows, with a couple of unhoped results.

I try so much as possible to know of the pumi, because in the future i will specialize me in this breed.

My intention is following courses and reading books, for me to deepen in the cynology.

This is my First pumi, but certainly not my last one.

You may contact me with any questions.

Thank you for the visit to this website.
